General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the proven case of Hashimoto does not require additional evaluation with further antibodies evaluation as the management remains same even after that. As the level of TSH is high, it shows that the thyroid function is not under control and there is need of dose alteration (to raise intake of thyroid tablet) to control it better way.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
